These community healing circles are intended to support and strengthen our nervous system and invite deeper levels of dignity and resilience. When we are embodied, we are able to show up for the moment with clarity, groundedness and intention. This experience will consist of a facilitated conversation woven with embodiment practices. These circles will provide education and experiential practices around increasing somatic awareness, vitality, and emotional wellness.

Suggested exchange $40.

Open to barter.

This class will help participants develop an understanding of creativity through ceramics by practicing hand-building. Skills such as pinching, coiling, building with slabs, and various decoration techniques will be explored. Any level of experience will fit. Infuse your Monday with something new and inspiring.
